GTA 6 Leaker Teases First-Person Mode, Naked Jason Clips

A leak broker's new poll promises fresh Grand Theft Auto VI footage within hours, including an alleged first-person mode and an unusually candid look at Jason. None of it is confirmed.

One does not need to have followed this saga for very long to recognize the ritual: a poll goes up on a leaker's website, the timer starts counting down, and the internet obliges by treating a voting form as though it were a press release. The leaker in question this time is the figure known as Cyberleek, and according to MrBossFTW, who has made something of a cottage industry out of narrating this particular drama, the latest poll is teasing new Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay clips said to be arriving within hours of the video's posting.

The alleged contents, as MrBossFTW lays them out, include a first-person gameplay mode, an unusually exposed look at Jason, and freeroam footage, presumably of Lucia, given that she was the subject of the leaker's previous poll just two days earlier, a story this site already covered when fans voted for more Lucia. You will notice the pattern repeating itself with suspicious regularity: a tease, a vote, a promise of imminent footage, and then, more often than not, a great deal of speculation filling the space where confirmation ought to be.

None of this carries so much as a whisper of acknowledgment from Rockstar Games, and it would be a mistake, however tempting, to treat a fan-run poll as anything more than what it is: an invitation to click, dressed up as insider access. First-person perspectives and unclothed protagonists are precisely the sort of details engineered to generate exactly this kind of coverage, mine included, and I say that with full awareness of the irony.

What remains true, regardless of what the poll produces, is that Rockstar has shown no interest in confirming leaked footage of any kind throughout this entire stretch of pre-release theater, and a studio with its particular reputation for controlling its own narrative is unlikely to start now simply because a website ran a survey. Treat the forthcoming clips, should they actually surface, as unverified leaks and nothing more, however first-person or however candid they turn out to be.

The wait, as ever, is the only confirmed part of the story.
